James S. Anderson began working for his father and uncle in 1961. He worked up through the ranks from filing to chainman to eventually President. Under the guidance of his father he became one of the state's most decorated Land Surveyors. He is involved with the day to day operations of the company while overseeing and providing Quality Control for each project.
Robert J. Anderson, a fourth generation Anderson, began working for his father in 1996 as a rod-man. He moved up through the ranks to Crew Chief and is also proficient in AutoCAD. He is currently working in the office as an Office Manager and Drafting Project Manager. Mr. Anderson is a licensed Land Surveyor in both Missouri and Kansas.
